Paleshko Y. Regulation of public debt of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to finding ways to regulate public debt. The main objectives of management of public debt involving debt management can be based both on direct public management and on indirect methods that combine state guarantees and regulatory and administrative regulation unsecured loans attract private firms. However, debt management loans from the state, usually carried out in the context of the budget process, which determines the size limits external public debt and state guarantees for the current budget year. The effect of debt financing of budget deficits on the economy was analyzed. The strategic objective of the debt policy is also searching for the optimum ratio between debt and tax financing of budget expenditures.
