Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the systematization of theoretical principles and practical recommendations on the justification of the competitiveness of Ukrainian agriculture in the context of the institutional approach in the national economy. Based on a critical analysis of approaches to the interpretation of the economic competition concept modern definition of this category was formulated. It was complemented theoretical meaning of competitiveness. The author developed interpretation of economic categories competitiveness of the industry and identifies the content category of economic competitiveness of the country.
