Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the legal problems of information support of higher educational establishments in Ukraine. It has been investigated the current state of the scientific thought on the activities of higher educational establishments in conditions of formation of information society in Ukraine. The study has conducted a comprehensive analysis of the development of information support of higher educational establishments in Ukraine. The comparative analysis of national, foreign and international legal acts has been done. On this basis suggestions of implementing certain international standards into the Ukrainian legislation are developed.
