Essay

Dissertation is devoted to complex consideration of theoretical and practical questions of the administrative and legal provision of information legal order in Ukraine. Analysis and general social legal characteristics of providing information legal order are carried out by means of administrative law, in particular, administrative prevention and administrative termination. Suggestions on improving existing regulations and developing new ones to respond to violations of information legal order in accordance with international requirements and standards of functioning of the information sphere have been formulated.
