We have investigated the features of chronic heart failure course in 126 patients with essential hypertension depending on the availability of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis. The relationship of the disorders of intracardiac hemodynamics, myocardial contractile ability with the changes in the functional state of the liver with systemic immunoinflammatory activation, metabolic intoxication, activation of apoptosis, decrease of activity of the various stages of gene expression there were determined. This has led to the inclusion of arginine glutamate and arginyl-alpha-aspartyl-lysyl-tyrosyl-arginine into the complex treatment. Branch - medicine.
