Faraon O. Notification of suspicion to the person suspected of committing a criminal offense

The thesis highlighted genesis and disclosed the concept of notification of suspicion to the person suspected of committing a criminal offense, defined features of procedural status of a suspect's entry in pre-trial investigation and the ratio of regulatory categories " suspicion notification" and "charging of accused" in the Criminal Process of Ukraine. In the context of modern law enforcement practice variety cases of suspicion notification are described, about essence of procedural form of written suspicion notification of suspected person and it's delivery on the ground of pre-trial investigation practice analysis is explored, it's best reflection in the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Act is determined.
