Babay O. Improved treatment of generalized periodontitis patient by using of liposomal form of phosphatidylcholine.

The thesis presents a new solution of actual problem in dentistry - improving treatment of generalized periodontitis (GP) patients, by using of liposomal form of phosphatidylcholine (LFРH) in cases of therapeutic dental facilities, depending on the stage of the course. Expanded scientific data on patterns of clinical manifestations of GP in different periods of its course, that provided by implementation in research by studing on the effectiveness of LFРH in two complementary biological models and in clinic of therapeutic dentistry. At first time, from the position of evidence of clinical, immune-metabolic and functional-morphological effects, was proved method of application of LFРH to inhibit inflammatory and inflammatory-degenerative processes in periodontal tissues (Pat. Number 55454 Ukraine). Supplemented scientific data of increase in frequency and expression of immune-metabolic disorder of oral solution, which can be seen as trigger mechanisms of formation of GP exacerbation, which determined by interrelation of immune-metabolic homeostasis of oral solution with the state of periodontal tissues. According to the long-term of clinical monitoring of patients with GP, was proved benefits of infiltration drug administration by parenteral in complex treatment against the background of basic therapy.
