Essay

This thesis presents the results of research: оpened the role and place of the restaurant business in the complex economic security at its different levels. The features of the economic security of enterprises in this field, and identifies current threats to its security. The theoretical basis of improving the economic security of enterprises restaurant business on the basis of innovation, has developed the content of the concepts associated with it. The influence of macroeconomic conditions on the possibility of economic security at the enterprises of the restaurant business in modern conditions, trends and characteristics of the development processes of modern restaurant business in Ukraine, with the use of statistical analysis. Formulated scientific and methodological basis for assessing the state of the economic security of the restaurant business enterprises, criteria and indicators for this assessment. The conceptual basis for the development of economic security of the restaurant business enterprises on the basis of innovation. Substantiated scientific and practical recommendations for innovative development of conceptual elements and providing subsystems in the system of economic safety of the enterprises of sphere of restaurant business on the principles of the subject approach and the direction of their innovative transformation to an information economy.
