Object of study: newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis; the goal - on improving the efficiency and reduction of terms of treatment of patients with newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis by optimization of the intensive phase of antimicobacterial chemotherapy, including intravenous injection and anapnotherapy of antituberculous drugs; methods of investigation: clinical, biochemical, microbiological, radiological, instrumental, statistical; novelty: for the first time determined the dependence of bacteriostatic blood activity, minimal inhibitory concentration and generated concentrations of anti-TB drugs produced by the method of administration. It is proved that the use of intravenous and inhaled routes of administration of anti-TB drugs in the intensive phase of chemotherapy in patients with newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis increases efficiency and shortens time of hospital treatment. Scientifically justified the inclusion of gatifloxacin in the intensive phase of chemotherapy in instead of isoniazid or ethambutol in their intolerance. The expediency of application of the method of computer densitometry in the assessment of treatment efficacy has been proved. Scope - medicine.
