Essay

This dissertation considers theoretical and methodological aspects of state governance mechanism reforming in the conditions of economy development of tempo fall which is caused by the global financial crisis. The main reasons of social production effectiveness decrease, the economic substance of destructive processes which led the country economy to the condition prior to default have been revealed. It has been found out that the main reason of this condition is outdated state institutions management system on the backdrop of post-Soviet production system.
