The object of study: the interaction of public authorities with citizens. Objective: is the theoretical study and develop practical recommendations to improve interaction between public authorities citizens in terms of virtualization public relations. Methods: The analysis and synthesis, categorical and etymological analysis, formal logic analysis, descriptive and inductive and empirical methods, cultural and historical (retrospective) analysis, structural-functional method and approach informatsionalnyy and others. Results are as comprehensive study of theoretical positions and develop practical recommendations to improve interaction between public authorities citizens in terms of virtualization public relations. Novelty: reasonable structure of the mechanism of interaction of public authorities of citizens in terms of virtualization public relations received further development of theoretical grounding technology of digital skills of citizens and employees of public authorities and others.
