The thesis is devoted to complex research of the administrative and legal foundations of work with the personnel of bodies of State fiscal service of Ukraine. The personal touches and features of the system of work with a personnel in the bodies of State fiscal service of Ukraine are set. Essence and stages of competitive selection of candidates on service in the bodies of State fiscal service of Ukraine are analysed. Organization of professional preparation of personnel of bodies of State fiscal service of Ukraine is described.
