The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of legal regulation of informational activities of the public authorities of Ukraine. It has been analyzed the positions of international legal acts and acts of informational legislation of Ukraine, which determine the order of realization of right to access to information about the activities of public authorities, the order of ensuring the protection of their information resources and the order of informational support of their activities.
