The thesis is devoted to the development of conceptual framework and the development of practical recommendations for building management motivation mechanism of labor management for oil and gas companies. Systematized information on the definition of "motivation" systematized innovative methods of motivation in groups, generally meaning definitions of "control mechanism", "administrative work" and "motivation," the basic principles of construction MUMPM, formalized MUMPM as structural and logical scheme proposed conceptual approach to the evaluation of JCI.
