The dissertation is devoted to legal regulation of legal safeguards for right to work exercising by a person, their species, specifics of structure and system; as well as to solution of other certain theoretical, methodological and practical topics of exercising right to work. The concept and attributes of legal guaranties are determined. Grounded on the analysis of legal regulation acts, the main legal safeguards for right to work exercising by a person on the stage of concluding, exercising and terminating of employment contract (agreement) are defined. The dissertation contains description of current tendencies of labour laws development concerning safeguards for right to work. The recommendations and relevant suggestions on perfection of legal regulation of legal safeguards for right to work exercising are elaborated.7452
