The work presents and determines the realization of Speech Acts of polemic negation - refutation, refusal and prohibition. The typology of communicative strategies of negative Speech Acts was elaborated. Lingua-pragmatic and frame models of Speech Acts of negation were developed. Typical verbal and extralingual means of realization of negative Speech Acts in Modern German language were researched.
