The object of research - frame and stone high-rise building; goal - the development of computational models frame-stone high-rise buildings under seismic actions; methods - analysis of the literature; processing and analysis of records of earthquakes accelerograms for the development of impact models; numerical modeling of buildings during the action of the static and dynamic effects; results - the algorithm of forming a package settlement accelerograms that cause the greatest internal forces in structural elements; proposed model of integrated elements frame-stone buildings, which allow us to determine the stress-strain state of structures, taking into account the non-linear operation of the material, design and technological features with the help of modern software; developed a computational model frame and stone buildings, which in view of the structural and technological features allows design the earthquake-resistant frame and stone building high-rise (floors 12-14); further development has been further developed method for determining the seismic load using Duhamel's integral for setting the load in the form of earthquake accelerograms using a cantilever beam model; introduced - the design of the six construction projects to support their earthquake resistance.
