Essay

The object of research - is a high-tech expanded clay fiber concrete and processes occurring during mechanical activation of Portland cement with the addition of blast furnace slag; goal - is the solution of scientific and technical problem of obtaining a high-tech expanded clay fiber concrete on a mechanically activated Portland cement with the addition of blast furnace slag; methods - standard and special methods of experimental research were used. To elucidate the role of mechanical activation on the effective viscosity of the binder suspensions, physical and mechanical properties of the cement stone and concrete the special design of high-speed mixer with a controlled amount of the working body of the mixing chamber turns was developed. Assessment of the technological yield mixtures was carried out on the curves of the effective viscosity. Processing of the results of the experiment was carried out using methods of mathematical statistics. Optimization of high-tech expanded clay fiber concrete on mechanically activated binder compositions performed using mathematical models; results - the optimal modes of activation of slag cement slurries with addition of Super PC are set, they provide maximum possible destruction of the primary structure of the system found an association between the number of basalt fibers in the binder, and a linear shrinkage of cement paste; theoretically proved and experimentally confirmed the possibility of obtaining highly mobile concrete mix of S5 brand and face breaking cone diameter 50 cm was theoretically proved and experimentally confirmed; a set of experimental and statistical models describing the physical and mechanical properties of high-tech expanded clay fiber concrete on mechanically activated with the addition of Portland cement with addition of blast furnace slag is received; introduced - at the construction of concrete floor with a mixture of face breaking cone diameter of 50 cm.
