The object of study: patients with coronary artery disease combined with mastopathy and breast cancer. Purpose of the study: the content of vascular endothelial growth factor and MMP-9, content of estradiol, the state of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone and sympathetic-adrenal system, hemodynamics, functional state of the myocardium and vasoactive endothelial function and nitrogen levels in patients with coronary artery disease and their changes under the influence of treatment. Research Methods: general Clinical, echocardiography, ultrasonic methods study the functional state of the brachial artery and heart, immuno- enzyme study of renin and aldosterone, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9), biochemical methods daily excretion of adrenaline, noradrenaline content estradiol and nitrogen. Scientific novelty of the results. The first time the activity of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in women with angina pectoris of functional class II in combination with nodular and diffuse mastopathy and breast cancer under the influence of perindopril treatment, and bisoprolol rosuvastatin. Enhanced understanding of the relationships between the features of the sympathetic-adrenal activity and renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system, estradiol and nitrogen levels in women with malignant breast disease and angina functional class II. Proved features the relationships between levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9 and VEGF, sympathetic-adrenal and renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system, the level of estradiol and vasoactive function of the brachial artery in women with angina pectoris functional class II combined with a breast tumor . The positive effect of perindopril, bisoprolol and rosuvastatin on the state of intracardiac hemodynamics and diastolic function of the left ventricle in the coronary heart disease in combination with breast cancer in the long-term outpatient treatment.
