Savelieva O. The subject matter of the agrarian law of Ukraine in condition of sustainable development.

The thesis is devoted to clarify the essence of the subject matter of the agrarian law of Ukraine in conditions of sustainable development. The author clarified the meaning and structure of the subject matter of the agrarian law of Ukraine in conditions of sustainable development; defined the periods of its transformation; identified the bounds of the subject matter of the agrarian law of Ukraine; considered the influence of European Union law on the existing subject matter of the agrarian law of Ukraine; analyzed the historical and legal aspects of forming of information about the existing agrarian relations; argued the proposal about the necessity of improvement legal regulation of modern agrarian relations. On the background of the conducted research the proposals for amending the current legislation were formed.
