Thesis for degree of candidate of engineering science in specialty 05.17.01 - technology of inorganic substances. - National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv polytechnic institute ". MES of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2016. The thesis is devoted to the development of energy saving technology of modified calcium nitrate. Based on the physics-chemical studies of Ca(NO3) - HNO3 - Ca(OH)2 - H2O correlations and concentrations of initial reagents (each component of the system), temperature parameters of process and time characteristics of the process of hydration of quicklime in a solution of calcium nitrate followed by neutralizing the resulting suspension nitric acid. Optimal conditions for the implementation process. Technology of production of calcium nitrate treatment includes suspended circulating calcium nitrate solution quicklime nitric acid, separation from insoluble impurities resulting solution, the introduction of one of the additives, the concentration of the solution and granulation.Before suspending quicklime in circulating calcium nitrate solution injected additive salts: NH4NO3 in amount of 12-14 wt.% or K2CO3 - 10-12 wt.% or NaNO3 - 10-12 wt.% or КСІ - 5.6 wt.% or KNO3 - 12-14 wt.%, and the treatment is performed HNO3 solution concentration of 56-80%. The developed technological scheme and certain technological regime to obtain a modified calcium nitrate different composition.
