Marchenko N. Efficacy of the stabilized stannous fluoride in complex prevention of caries at persons of young age

TTheoretical generalization and the new solution of an urgent problem of a modern dentistry such as improvement efficacy of primary prevention of teeth decay, by clinical and laboratory justification of purpose of agents with the stabilized stannous fluoride and a vitamin and mineral complex, for intensifying of processes of a remineralization of an enamel at persons of young age are presented and analyzed in the paper. Pathogenetically therapeutic and preventive complex of measures was developed referred to the prevention of the presence of carious lesions of teeth of young people. It provided endogenic purpose of drugs of a calcium in combination with exogenous use of agents of hygiene with the stabilized stannous fluoride. High clinical efficacy of developed therapeutic and preventive complex was confirmed by essential decrease of decay intensity (0,38) in comparison with control group (0,61), high rates of a reduction of caries intensity (37,70 %), and also enamel caries resistance degree increase (4,27±0,25 points) within two years of examinations.
