Zaveriukha M. Legal regulation of the use and protection of forests in accordance with forest and land legislation of Ukraine

The dissertation is dedicated to the complex research of theoretical and practical aspects of the use and protections of forests in Ukraine. The author made an analysis of theoretical provisions of ecological and land legal relations in the sphere of legal regulation of use and protection of forests in accordance with forest and land legislation of Ukraine. The main attention is paid to the division of definitions «forest» and «land», the essence of the legal regime of forests and forestry lands has been researched. The author analyzed the legal forms of the use of forestry resources within forestry lands and their legal protection under forest and land legislation of Ukraine. On the basis of this research special propositions and recommendations about improvement of the current legislation of Ukraine were made. Their purpose are to provide the increasing of effectiveness of use and protection of forests in Ukraine.
