Object - gastrointestinal form of salmonellosis; goal - to improve approaches of diagnostics and set risk factors of the development of the gastrointestinal form of salmonellosis, by the way of determination of separate immunological and genetical parameters; methods - epidemiological, general clinical, bacteriological, biochemical, immunological, serological, molecular and ganetics, statistical; results - there were found influence of ciprofloxacin on adgesion of S. enteritidis, S. typhimurium; polymorphism in TLR2, TLR4 genes, their high expression in patients' lymphocytes; determinative factors of salmonellosi's severity (by QLIM) ; branch - medicine.
