Ulyda V. Mechanisms of state regulation of foreign trade activities in electric power industry sphere in Ukraine

Object of research: public administration of foreign trade activities in the electricity sector. Objective: scientific justification of the theoretical bases and development of practical recommendations concerning improvement of the mechanisms of public administration of foreign trade activities in the electricity sector of Ukraine. Methods: hypothetical-deductive, comparative and generalizing, categorical analysis, trend analysis, process approach, subject-object, statistical extrapolation. Results: the theoretical bases have been substantiated and practical recommendations concerning improvement of the mechanisms of public administration of foreign trade activities in the electricity sector of Ukraine have been developed. Novelty: the qualitatively new approach to the organising of the mechanisms of public administration of foreign trade activities in the electricity sector has been proposed; the complex mechanism of the realisation of the state foreign trade activities in the electricity sector has been improved; the conceptual bases of the organisational and legal provision of the state regulation of foreign trade activities in the electricity sector have been further developed, etc. The results have been implemented in the activities of National Commission for state regulation in the sphere of energy and utilities, Public joint stock company "Centrenergo".
