Object of research: changes in the oral mucosa and periodontal patients with gastro. Research Methods: dental clinical and paraclinical examination of patients with gastro; laboratory studies.Conducted complex researches showed the reduse of lysozyme activity and disbalance of IgG, IgА and IgМ levels in oral fluid of patients with oral mucosa diseases and concomitant gastroduodenitis; increase of endogenous intoxication level and disbalance of antioxidant defense system in blood serum. This changes went more severe with the changes of periodontal and oral hygiene indexes. It can be one of the reasons of progression and generalization of oral mucosa diseases. After combined therapy which included registered drug - erbisol, dental state of oral cavity improved within 5 days of treatment and after basic therapy only after 10 days.
