Essay

The thesis is devoted to investigation of the theoretical and methodological foundations and development of practical recommendations regarding innovative development management of Ukraine food industry. A scientific approach to defining the role and nature of resource provision of innovative development of the food industry as a unity of business, industrial, human, organizational, managerial, research, finance, innovative and other elements that are actually available for their involvement in the processes of socio-economic activities is offered, as well as the possibilities of their rational combination, which is aimed at achieving the targets; the role of innovative development of the food industry in ensuring the efficient economic development of the national economy is grounded. The work develops conceptual approaches to forming strategic directions of innovative development of the food industry. Components influencing the objectives, forms and methods of management are systematized, as well as the usage of benefits of public-private partnerships due to partial public funding of industry. The mechanism of innovative development of the food industry is developed, which on the basis of matrix analysis allowed to reveal strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, to highlight the strategic goals of regulation of innovative development, to offer economic and organizational measures for their implementation.
