In the thesis decided to relevant scientific and technical objectives of technology development arc deep extraction of manganese silicomanganese iron-carbon slag melts, providing a resource and energy efficient compared with conventional secondary treatment technologies ferroalloys and improve the ecological environment made on the basis of theoretical concepts and the experimental data on the patterns of existence arc in the bulk liquid metal effect of chemical properties of the charge, temperature and energy parameters of volume processing in the recovery process elements in the melt immersed in a lowtemperature plasma arc. The technology provides a through removal of manganese ore material to iron-carbon melt 68-82%, the average heating rate metal arc grooves 7,3 0C/min. and reduce the cost of deoxidation, alloying by reducing the costs of ferroalloys 22,41-40,56 UAH/t.
