In this thesis the results of study in experiments on 60 white rats of the dynamics of structural changes of the liver and spleen when administered in a period of 30 days from the antihistamine Loratadine. Found that loratadine and its metabolites induce in the liver the number of destructive changes that reached their maximum development at 30 and 40 a day. 50-th and 60 th day these changes have been gradual regression with simultaneous strengthening of regenerative processes.
