Essay

There established the important role of hypertension in the loss of employability of military personnel of various categories in the modern period. Characteristic differences in the prevalence of comorbid states in hypertension of military personnel participating in anti-terrorist operations have been identified. The possibility to use the indexes of content of leptin, C-reactive protein, fibrinogen, substances of low and medium molecular weight in serum for a comprehensive assessment of arterial hypertension of patients with metabolic syndrome has been grounded. The data on the clinical course peculiarities of coronary heart disease in hypertension of mobilization age men are supplemented. It was established that the development of endotoxemia in patients with arterial hypertension with metabolic syndrome is associated with the accumulation of great amount of intermediate and end products of metabolism in blood. It is suggested to use a factor of endogenous burden for clarification of endotoxemia stage. It is grounded an optimization of integrated assessment of eligibility of military personnel and mobilization age men with hypertension for military service.
