This Work is devoted to the efficiency of prosthetic treatment of 112 patients in the event of the complete destruction of the tooth crown, where the formation of relief gums around the roots was made by gingivoectomy performed with using of scalpel, laser diode and electrocoagulator and was made metal radix-crown pointwith the tooth root covers-effect. The effectiveness of the proposed method of treatment is determined based on the results of the pilot study on 28 rats, analysis and microbiological and periodontal indices. Branch - medicine.
