Essay

The scientific value of the dissertation is that for the first time in the national administrative and legal science on monographic level, with the current legislation, international and legal standards and enforcement practices considered, a comprehensive analysis of principle of independence of administrative judges has been conducted. Moreover, deficiencies of administrative and legal regulation of guarantees of its provision has been identified and an attempt to justify the ways of their elimination has been made.
