Dissertation is devoted to the determination of essence of turnover in Ukraine, features of its legal regulation, to the development of scientific and practical suggestions in relation to development of the legal regulation of turnover, and also new theoretical positions in relation to perfection of concept vehicle of financially-legal science in Ukraine. It has been improved a classification of legal relationships that is overcame by the article of law for turnover. The financially-legal value of turnover has been described in the modern terms of development of the state. The concept vehicle of financially-legal science has been improved. A concept and article of law for turnover have been improved.
