Harkusha V. Substantiation of curing mixtures recipes based on waste rocks of Western Donbas for the combined supports of capital workings

The thesis is based on the first established regularities of rheological, structural and mechanical processes in curing mixtures that based on waste rocks оf Western Donbas. It had been solved urgent scientific and technical problem on a substantiation of rational recipes of curing mixtures as an element of the combined support. On the basis of experimental researches it had been proved that mechanical strength of the ready-made cement stone that based on waste rocks is sufficient to provide technical and operational requirements for combined support that is used to maintain the stability of the workings in Western Donbas. Curing mixtures that based on waste rocks оf Western Donbas are first developed. Methodology of parameter’s design for curing mixtures based on waste rocks for combined support with plugging of the fixing space and for combined support AMSC-А (“аrch - mesh – sprayed concrete – anchor”) were developed. An experimental and industrial works to construct the combined support with curing mixtures using were executed. Economic efficiency of curing mixtures using were proven.
