Mikulin D. Legal regulation of long-term temporary use of forests.

Dissertation is dedicated to the nature of legal regulation of long-term temporary use of forests. The legislative definition of long-term temporary use of forests has been improved, the features of long-term temporary use of forests have been revealed, the place of regulations governing the long-term temporary use of forests in the system of the forest law of Ukraine has been stated. Particular attention has been paid to highlighting the legal regulation of the procedure for obtaining the right on long-term temporary use of forests, along with the definition of the legal status of participants in these relationships, studying the offenses in the scope of the temporary use of forests, and the corresponding responsibility, as well as discovering the foreign experience of preventing legal offenses in the scope of temporary use of forests. Based on the conducted research, dissertation formulates recommendations to amend current legislation in Ukraine in the scope of relations of long-term temporary use of forests.
