Essay

140 patients were examined. Among of them there were 100 patients with combined pathology, 20 patients suffered osteoarthritis without abdominal obesity. Control - 20 patients. New recommendations were formulated to improve the efficiency of the diagnosis and treatment of patients with combined pathology. Complex therapy of combined pathology lay in the combination of basic therapy and additional treatment by quercetin and L-arginine hydrochloride. It helped to reduce the activity of systemic inflammation; improved lipid metabolism; reduced levels of markers of osteoarthritis; reduced the clinical manifestations of the disease and articular syndrome and improved the quality of life of the patients.
