The thesis is devoted to development of theoretical and methodological foundations of choice management of directions of business processes reengineering of industrial enterprises. System approach allowed developing the essence of the concept "reengineering of business processes". Theoretical and methodological foundations of choice management of directions of business processes reengineering, describing its implementation principles are improved. Theoretical and methodological provisions of management mechanism for choice of directions of business process reengineering is developed. Methodological bases of formation of risk management system of business processes reengineering of industrial enterprises in the system of choice management of directions of its implementation are improved. The scientific-methodical provisions on justification of choice of efficient ways of reengineering of business processes based on result and cost approaches using neural network technologies are suggested. Methodical approach to selecting strategic areas of business processes reengineering is developed. Methodological provisions for the formation of mechanism of investment support for business processes reengineering of industrial enterprises in choice management for its implementation are suggested.
