The integrated analysis of negation means in the English language of VII-XVII centuries is undertaken in a synchronic-diachronic aspect. The NEGATION concept actualization in the English language is revealed due to various types of semantic analysis. The functional-semantic paradigm of the negation means in the texts of VII-XVII centuries is modeled. The distributive characteristics of negation in the sentence are differentiated.
