The thesis describes theoretical principles of organizational-economical aspects of price risk management by using of exchange-traded instruments on the agrarian market of Ukraine. The estimation of the current state of the domestic and global derivatives exchange trade in agricultural products analised. The intermarket analysis and the influence of global fundamental factors in the formation of domestic prices for agricultural products discussed. The proposals of organizational and economic principles formation of agricultural derivatives exchange trading in Ukraine, as a prerequisite for price risk managementon on the domestic agricultural market created. An elements of mechanism for hedging price risks on the agricultural market of Ukraine developed. The spread strategies to minimize price risks for the domestic agricultural market participants that include futures trading in soybean and wheat on the American Commodity Exchange Platform CBOT developed.
