Essay

Using the methods of thermodynamics is was shown, that the impact of radiation emission on the liquid system leads to the excitation of the part of molecules in coexisting phases, which leads to the decrease of the chemical potentials of these phases both due to entropy and energetic factors. The method of entropy and thermodynamic potentials calculation using the correlation potentials was generalized for the case of multi-component systems under the impact of irradiation. Basing on the conducted research of the radiation emission influence on the 0.9% water solution of salt NaCl the energy of the radiation emission which leads to the lowest structure transformations in the system was evaluated. It was shown that the dependence of phase-transition pressure change on the concentration of excited particles has the quadratic form and from the thermodynamic viewpoint corresponds to the used model of regular solution.
