Thesis for scientific degree of candidate of technical sciences, specialty 05.13.06 - Information technology - O. M. Beketov Kharkiv National University of Urban Economy, Kharkiv, 2017. The thesis is devoted to solving actual scientific-practical task of improving the efficiency of the decision-making process in the diagnosis of eye diseases through the development of information technology in the form of decision support system in conditions of uncertainty. In the work has been developed a method of forming questions of the expert system in the form of graphic incentives. Incentives are hexagonal structure similar to the physiological retinal structure. Developed a mathematical model of the identification of the diagnosis in conditions of uncertainty considering the permissible deviations. Improved algorithm of Gaussian image blur. Acceleration of method was achieved by limiting the processed edges of the image. Developed a method for reducing the impact of successive images by introducing a wave with varying contrast between the issues of the expert system.
