The dissertation research makes it possible to establish the place of guarantees of ensuring the rights to liberty and security of person in the system of criminal procedural guarantees. Based on the analysis of scientific sources and regulations, the author defines the concept and features of legal restrictions on the rights to liberty and security of person in criminal proceedings. As well, it is established the grounds of its application. The concept of legal restrictions order of the right to liberty and security of person in criminal proceedings is formulated and its stages of implementation are examined. In this dissertation, the system of procedural guarantees of protection the rights to liberty and security of person in criminal proceedings is proposed and the mechanism of such guarantees realization is described.
