Essay

The dissertation is devoted to assessing the state of the reparative function of the mucous membranes of the digestive tract and increase the effectiveness of differentiated pharmacological correction of duodenal ulcer in children by defining the relationship between the content of EGFin blood serum with the severity of inflammatory and proliferative processes. We identified clinical and pathogenetic features of duodenal ulcer in children, depending on the period and the presence of H.pylori infection. It was proved the diagnostic value of the reparative function marker EGF, as well as the dependence of performance on the stage and severity of the disease and the presence of H.pylori infection. We had studied the relationship between serum markers of reparative function with the severity of inflammatory and proliferative processes in mucosa. We showed the comparative analysis between indicators of inflammatory activity and the level of toll-like receptor 4 in the blood serum in children suffering from duodenal ulcer, depending on the presence of H.pylori infection. We had evaluated the reparative function by clarifying the role of innate immunity receptors and biochemical marker of reparative function in children with duodenal ulcer. It was proved the positive effect drug therapy on the state of the mucous membrane reparative function of the digestive tract in children with duodenal ulcer based on the reduction of EGFand toll-like receptors 4 rates in the blood serum.
