In the thesis approach to category of pianism from a position of modern cognitive science and in connection with typological tendencies in studying of piano and performing style is offered, value of a concept of pianism of modern musicology reveals. The problem of piano style is considered, features national and typological (in unity with ethnopsychological) approach to the phenomenon of piano style are lit. The concept of author's style of piano performance on the basis of cognitive approach to the phenomenon of pianism is developed and the noetic gaming principles of piano performance are defined.
