Essay

The essence of the concept of personnel procedures within the National Police, significance and legal principles of realizing personnel procedures as the object of administrative and legal regulation have been studied. Historical genesis of the formation and development of personnel procedures within law enforcement agencies and the current state of their implementation within the National Police of Ukraine have been analyzed. Basic criteria for delimitation of legal relations arising during personnel procedures within the National Police of Ukraine have been grounded.
