The present dissertation is devoted to a complex study of problems of getting biological samples for an examination in criminal proceedings. The thesis reveals theoretical bases of getting samples for an examination in a criminal procedure. A notion, essence and legal nature of samples for an examination carrying out and their taking in criminal proceedings are established. Condition and main tendencies of the study of problems of samples getting for an examination are showed. Constitutional bases and foreign experience as to this issue are summarized. Tactic peculiarities at organization and preparatory stage and further stages of biological samples taking from a person are revealed.
