Object of research: processes of management of multinomenclature stocks at automobile transport enterprises. The purpose of the study was to increase the efficiency of multinomenclature stock management at road transport enterprises by developing information technology for inventory management based on models for forecasting the need for spare parts and methods for determining the size of multimoment supply in conditions of Markov demand. Research methods: penalty function method, Lagrange uncertain multiplier method, likelihood method, polynomial approximation, least squares method, Markov approximation, UML modeling methods. Theoretical and practical results: The basis of the developed information technology of inventory management is the method of determining the size of a multinomenclature stock, which uses adequate models for processing data on the demand for goods, takes into account complex constraints in the task of inventory management, and details the technology of recording warehouse costs. Scientific novelty consists in the development of methods, models and information technology that allow increasing the profit of the enterprise by increasing the accuracy of determining the necessary size of stocks and detailing warehouse costs. Implementation: The results of the work were implemented at Ukragrosnab (Kharkov), "ХТЗ" Trade House (Kharkov) and in the training process of the Automobile and Tractor Construction Department of NTU KhPI (Kharkov). Sphere of use: management of multinomenclature stocks at automobile transport enterprises.
