Essay

Dissertation is devoted to increasing treatment efficiency of the hypertensive patients with diastolic heart failure and concomitant hyperuricemia complication by means of differential lisinopril/valsartan and allopurinol with/without L-arginine usage. The peculiarities of arterial hypertension, diastolic heart failure clinical course, NT-proBNP levels, vegetative regulation and lipid and purine disturbances have been studied; correlations between these indexes under conditions of concomitance have been established in hypertensive patients with symptom-free hyperuricemia. The efficiency and differential approach to ACE lisinopril/ARB valsartan usage to correct left ventricle diastolic dysfunction as well as NT-proBNP and uric acid levels in hypertensive patients with symptom-free hyperuricemia and diastolic heart failure have been assessed. The importance of the allopurinol and L-arginine usage in addition to the combined antihypertensive treatment to correct lipid and purine disturbances, left ventricle diastolic dysfunction in hypertensive patients with concomitant hyperuricemia has been proved.
