Essay

The thesis is devoted to optimizing the structural and organizational mechanisms of medical and follow-up monitoring of children born with very low birth weight, based on the elucidation of the causes of increased morbidity, delayed physical and psychomotor development, and the analysis of the contribution of genes GSTT1, GSTM1, GSTP1, ACE, AGT2R1 and eNOS polymorphisms in the development of these conditions. Based on the results of the study, the clinical prognostic models of the emergence of increased morbidity, significant delay in physical and psychomotor development have been substantiated and developed. The presence of significant associations between the genetic model (GG+AG vs. AA) of gene GSTP1 and delayed statokinetic and speech development in the examined children has been revealed. The model for optimization of structural and organizational mechanisms of follow-up observation of children born with very low birth weight has been developed.
