Polishchuk V. Legal regulation of agricultural gardening in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to complex research of legal regulation of agricultural gardening in Ukraine. The thesis is analysed the scientific, legal and legislative framework for agricultural gardening in Ukraine, and made the distinction between "individual" and "collective" of agricultural gardening horticulture. The thesis formulated the concept of agricultural gardening, and disclosed and described object and content of possible agricultural gardening. It is also researched the organizational and legal issues of state support for agricultural horticulture, plant protection, and conducted research on organic production of agricultural gardening in Ukraine. Basing on the research developed there are the suggestions for improving the current legislation for the implementation of agricultural gardening in Ukraine and offered theoretical conclusions that can be used for further development of domestic agrarian and land rights.
